The
Scientifica Society is a network of scientists and engineers who
obtained their graduate degrees from the USA, Europe, or Japan
and have returned to their home countries in the developing
world with the vision of advancing science, technology and
higher education in their homelands.
CAIS is one of the Projects of the Scientifica Society.
